GENERAL CONDITIONS

• LEGAL DRIVING AGE - You must be 21 years old in order to hire a car with Boston Car Rental.
• DRIVING LICENCE - You are required to present a valid driving licence, held for at least 2 years. International driving licence is not required.
• PAYMENT TERMS - Payment is due upon signing the car rental agreement. As to payment methods, we accept both cash and credit cards.
• INSURANCE - Standard insurance included
• BORDER CROSSING - Travelling outside Montenegro is only allowed with a written permission from Boston Car Rental.
• POLICE REPORT - A police record on any kind of accident during renting period is mandatory, otherwise the client will be charged the full damage or theft amount. It is necessary to submit the report even in case if a car has been scratched. Please call 122 for Police assistance.
• DEPOSIT - Deposit by cash or credit card is required in the same amount as insurance excess. It will be charged in case you are responsible for the collision or car accident.
• FULL TO FULL - You will receive a car with a full tank at the pick-up, and you have to return it with a full tank. Otherwise, additional charge will be applied, if car is returned with empty tank
• AIRPORT DELIVERY - delivery to and from Tivat airport is free, other airports are upon request.
